Overview
- Designed for both indoor and outdoor venue applications, the JBL Control 28T is one of the largest of that company's indoor/outdoor Control Contractor Series speakers. The speaker is easily mounted and highly theft deterrent because of the unique InvisiBall mounting. InvisiBall adds the benefit of vertical rotation of up to 37° off-axis and horizontal rotation of up to 44° off-axis and all adjustments are made from behind the logo badge without having to remove the grill.
- Weather resistance for the Control 28T is maximized using zinc plated grills to resist rust, a poly carbonate tweeter reinforced with a thin film of titanium for added rigidity and protection against the sun, wind, rain and dust, and JBL's Weather Edge, a seamless, rubberized extension of the woofer adding protection to critical transducer elements.
- The Control 28T easily accepts any paint or finish and can be used on either 70.7V or 100V distributed-line sound systems.
- Isolation transformer for 70.7 V / 100 V distributed-line sound systems.
- Components: 8 in Polypropylene coated woofer, 1 in Titanium coated horn loaded tweeter.
